So good, I keep coming back.

Simply the best blend I’ve found (and I’ve tried a few!).

Not happy

Using the Shibden Blend for the last couple of years. Always enjoyed the mild and aromatic taste. However, not so with the last 1kg bag purchase. The beans have a dark oily appearance and the coffee has a burnt unpleasant taste. Possibly over-roasted. Can’t drink it. Not ordering it again.

Nice elements

Great service and very fresh beans. There was a flavour in this coffee that I really liked, possibly the Ethiopian beans, but for my taste the overall blend was a bit bland. Perhaps I'll try a single blend Ethiopian next time. I also tried the Brazil nuts coffee which I won't get again, as I struggled to get much flavour from it. The cattle market espresso was ok, but also too mild for my taste, but my wife enjoyed it with milk.

Fantastic beans

Second time buying the Shibden Blend, highly recommended. Makes a really smooth and tasty Espresso, thoroughly enjoyable.

It gets better over time for Espresso, so for me after a few weeks is when it's at peak and retains that flavour for a couple of months if not longer. Well worth it.
