Christmas Closing
Merry Christmas from everyone at White Rose Coffee Roasters
This year we will close on Friday 22nd December at 4pm and we will re-open on Tuesday 2nd January 2024. Please make sure you place your orders, including extra to cover trading over this period, well in advance of our closing date to ensure delivery.
If your orders are delivered by FedEx, you should place your orders by MIDDAY on Wednesday 20th December 2023. Allow extra time if your delivery is normally by Royal Mail or Hermes.
If you are going to require a great deal of extra stock let us know before the 10th December so that we can make the arrangements.
There are no collections after 2pm on 22nd December until 9am on 2nd January 2024, if you order for collection over the Christmas period please be aware we will process orders in the order they came in - so do not expect a collection to be immediately available on the 2nd - wait for the collection ready e-mail notifcation before coming to collect.
Please note that orders placed online after Midday on December 22nd will not be dispatched until Tuesday 2nd January 2024, you can place your orders throughout the Christmas period online, and we will dispatch them on our return on the 2nd January 2024.
If you require clarification on the above do not hesitate to ask, better to ask than not have enough stock.
