Amazing coffee

Glad to have a good roaster with a variety of origins and blends. Beans are freshly roasted. On that coffee a medium roast really highlights the flavour and acidity of the coffee. I use the beans with a manual grinder and sage espresso machine. Can’t wait to order some more soon.

Too much dark

The beans are beautiful. It does taste like a premium brazilian coffee. As a Brazilian and a Coffee Lover I can say that.

I didn't like the roast: it's too much dark. So in the end becomes bitter, and a good coffee should not be bitter at all. I'm really sad that I cannot return it and I got a 1kg package. I would love to return it and ask for a medium roast (it says MEDIUM ROAST but it's MEDIUM DARK roast).

I'll probably pass it away for someone who does not care that much about real premium taste of the coffee.

I hope you guys roast it properly next time.
